Alantum is the world market leader for alloy foams, and the only company worldwide to produce them in large series.

Founded in 2006 as a joint venture of Inco and Süd-Chemie, its core competencies include expertise in research and development, as well as the manufacture and marketing of catalytically coated metal foams for the automotive industry, particularly in the field of exhaust gas aftertreatment and chemical refining.

Applications in the industrial field are another focus of the company, including fuel cells, reformer technologies, gas/liquid mixer, silencers and DeNOx systems.
